What does it mean to be a leader? During a jampacked teen workshop, our junior facilitators explored leadership from unexpected angles, examining some important assumptions that often go overlooked to figure out whether leaders have a responsibility to share their ideas with the world. Should leaders understand happiness? Must they show empathy? Should they feel comfortable in their own skin? From contrasting photographs and inspirational quote illustrations to shadow performances and power poetry, their creative projects reveal nuanced insights from the mind explorations that helped them find their inner leaders!
